Today, I am going to tell you that how to create Shutdown Icon on desktop.Its a very simple.


Firstly Right click on the desktop.Click New >Shortcut to open Create Shortcut Wizard. 

Type shutdown -s -t 00 or you can simply copy this text which is in Red color and paste it. Click Next and type a name what you want to give to this Shutdown icon and click Finish.You can also play with this icon.Just change the Icon image of shutdown Icon by any other icon and Ask his/her friend to double click on that icon.

How to increase Internet speed upto 20% without any software

Here, I am going to tell you how to increase the internet speed upto 20%

Firstly click the start button and click on Run or either press windows+R key from keyboard.The following image will display on your desktop.

Type gpedit.msc

in Run box and press ok.
Your group policy window will appear. From the panel on the left side of the window do the following:
1.) Expand “Computer Configuration”
2.) Expand “Administrative Templates”
3.) Expand “Network”.  
4.) Select “QoS Packet Scheduler "
5.)  In the right panel of the window you will find “Limit Reservable Bandwidth” , with its status “Not Configured”. Click on it.
6.) This will open the “Limit Reservable Bandwidth Properties” window.

 7.) This will be “Not Configured” by default setting. So just click on “Enabled” tab which will activate the “Bandwidth Limit [%]” which will show it to be set at 20% value.Set numeric zero at place of 20%.
8.) This will remove the limit from bandwidth usage by all programs and will increase the internet or any other  network speed on your PC or Laptop.

If you wish to revert back, simply click on “Not Configured” tab and your PC will go back to its default settings of 20% Reservable Bandwidth Limit.
These setting will work good with Windows XP and server 2003.
